I've been developing a portfolio for quite some time and figure it's time to share it. My skills are always for hire and you can find my contact info at the bottom of this page. Please take a look around and feel free to leave a comment if you should so desire!
I'll let you in on a little secret that you may find useful for food type shots like the top one - if you have a cup of coffee or some similar drink in the setup, and you want to capture "steam" rising from it, soak a couple of cotton balls in water, and microwave them for a few seconds. The steam lasts much longer than real coffee, and you can easily re-microwave it in a couple of seconds. To get the steam to show up the best, you'll need some sort of light coming from behind the cup (can be from a window, or a light, or .....) Of course, with no coffee in the cup, you'd want to shoot from a low angle.
