A little ad
I took this picture to advertise some extra laminate flooring we have. I thought it was good enough to post and had a little fun with it. Kind of reminds me of Ikea. But maybe that's b/c of the ikea chair?? Nah...

At $2.50/sq. foot, will you remove it or will we have to remove it ourselves. Please advise.
Well you are welcome to remove it, in which case you'll also have to replace it with the new laminate we are selling:) So you'd probably be better off just to take the new stuff and save yourself the hastle of removal and installation.
